Advice Vixens

I've been trying to decorate and personalize my desk at work, does anyone know where i can get picture frames or other things to decorate it or practical but cute desk supplies?

My style varies from fancy to funky to nerdy. I do a lot of my shopping at Urban Outfitters and ModCloth if that helps at all.

I tell you, thrift stores solve all of your problems. I'd check them out first.

In a perfect world, I'd buy my office supplies here:

I especially like their photo display mobiles ... and I have several of their magnetic boards. I would love to find some sort of photo display that "grows" ... so that I can find more room for more photos of more kids every year.

Do they have Homegoods where you are? Also Bed, Bath and Beyond often has funky stuff hidden in with the more traditional. Pier 1 and Cost Plus are also good for stuff that's a little different. Also Z Gallery.

Go to a bookstore. Lots of work appropriate desk stuff.

I wish I could have fun stuff on my desk at work! :-(

I agree with Maggie, PopDeluxe is the best! It's a store in Madison, WI and I used to buy ALL my presents there when I lived there! There website is pretty awesome.

I like that i can decorate my desk, since its such a small office they encourage us to put pictures and make our space our own, also if i have cute funky stuff i'll know if someone takes something from my desk since that happens pretty often, like my friend has the red stapler from Office Space since everyone has boring black ones, so if someone uses her stapler they return it since she has the only red one.

thinkgeek.com has some fun nerdy desk toys. As far as frames and such, going to Michaels or some craft store, get a bunch of plain ones and some scrap booking stuff and make your own!
