Go to Photobucket and create an account. It will only take a minute. Then you can browse your computer, find a picture you want to upload and hit the upload button. When it's finished uploading, (it will say), scroll down and hit Generate HTML and IMG code. Then, in the second box labeled HTML images for Ebay, Livejournal, MySpace, etc is the code for your photo. Copy and paste that code into your posting. For size, you probably want to choose thumbnail.
